this means the sqlite db on brain contains multiple entries (with user's details) linked to the same frontend. Check your db (default location : BRAIN_INSTALL_PATH/db/irma_scan.db)

Error messages need a rework to be simple for users (on webui) and meaningful for admin (in logfiles).
