Return the locations and FAPs of the top few peaks - LombScargle extractor

This must be a parameter in the lombscargle extractor. Let's call it peaks by default the value is 1
For example

>>> fs = feets.FeatureSpace(only=["PeriodLS", "Period_fit"])
>>> rs = fs.extract(...)
>>> rs["PeriodLS"], rs["Period_fit"]
[1], [0]
>>> rs.as_dict()
{'PeriodLS': 1, 'Period_fit': 0}

If we choose more peaks

>>> fs = feets.FeatureSpace(only=["PeriodLS", "Period_fit"], LombScargle={"peaks": 2})
>>> rs = fs.extract(...)
>>> rs["PeriodLS"], rs["Period_fit"]
[1, 1.5], [0, 1]
>>> rs.as_dict()
{'PeriodLS_0': 1, 'PeriodLS_1': 1.5, 'Period_fit_0': 0, 'Period_fit_1': 1}

If we choose only one peak the return value of as_dict has "indexes"
