All events are drawn as canvases, so it's not possible to add other android views inside of them. The canvases also can't be dragged (currently)

@AndroidDeveloperLB If you think you can fix this library so it also allows views as children, I think we would welcome this change. A lot of people have asked for this already. We just don't have the need ourselves and not really the time to implement it.

We do welcome Pull Requests and the code isn't that long so feel free to give it a shot! 😄

I asked this as part of future project we might need to work on. No idea about the requirements, but I think these features might exist there
