Ugh, I see what I was doing there .. PostgreSQL column names obviously cannot have special characters in them 😅.

Thanks. Is this on Windows? I believe special characters are allowed, and none of this should ever crash the session.

You're right @krlmlr, i gave up to quickly, special characters should be fine.
And indeed I am on Windows, hence exasperation at encoding issues is my middle name :), my session info is below.
