Update .NET tutorial 6 to not use deprecated QueueingBasicConsumer

So RPCServer.cs already uses an eventing consumer but its client needs updating.

The rpc client code still uses QueueingBasicConsumer in the .NET sample. What should we be using since it's deprecated?

Any other consumer implementation.

@michaelklishin ended up swapping out QueuingBasicConsumer for a Subscription. Since QueuingBasicConsumer is deprecated, maybe Subscription would be a good replacement for the RPC Tutorial.

If that makes sense, I'd be willing to submit a PR to update the docs.

Subscription implements the same idea as QueueingBasicConsumer.

QueueingBasicConsumer has absolutely no reason to exist in this day and age of the .NET client. It is not supported by automatic connection recovery and really hard to use once you consider more things than the happy path.

While Subscription a.t.m. uses an EventingBasicConsumer, the entire messagingpatterns isn't much more than a set of really old (8-9 years?) examples. I well may follow QueueingBasicConsumer one day, although not as obviously broken.
