I agree with the initial poster of this bug. The tutorial describes an example which simply is not right. Messages arriving in a different order will be dispatched to the wrong clients - this could be a major security concern. With respect, "it's just an example" I find very offhand. @rutemja has done an excellent job of showing an alternative methodology, and solving a potentially nasty bug. Consider an .NET Core WebAPI Singleton service - you'd have messages being dispatched to the wrong clients!!!

The reply-to queue is also not used, and seems from further reading, the correct implementation.

This the current example is a badly broken implementation.
