Thanks for you report Doarg. No need to copy the code if your plugin is up to date, you can directly link a line: https://github.com/mouneyrac/moodle-auth_googleoauth2/blob/master/facebook_redirect.php#L11

Try PARAM_RAW instead PARAM_TEXT and let me know if it works. Don't forget to let me know because it's a bad idea to use PARAM_RAW, it's just temporarly to know if the parameter cleaning is too strong.

I'm not having the above problem.

Maybe the email address facebook is using has scrubbed chars in it?

I tried again to sign-in with Facebook and it is still working fine. If ever it is still no working for you Doarg, please answer my previous comment. Cheers, Jerome.
