Hi there šŸ‘‹

I'm a Principle Security Engineer, I look to build automated systems that improve the security of an organization while reducing or eliminating the man hours to maintain it.

  • šŸ” Iā€™m currently working on FinPack and AVMP

  • šŸŒ± Iā€™m currently learning about open source and how to run projects

  • šŸ‘Æ Iā€™m looking to collaborate on any python projects

  • šŸ¤” Iā€™m looking for help with setting up and managing open source projects

  • šŸ’¬ Ask me about Python and Information Security

  • šŸ“« How to reach me: Email and Discord

Quick Install Commands

Each install command provides the download link which must be pointed to a file and path.

.zshrc curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/RackReaver/dotfiles/main/zsh/.zshrc > ~/.zshrc
.vimrc curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/RackReaver/dotfiles/main/vim/.vimrc > ~/.vimrc

Project Ideas

I don't have time to work on every project I think of so this is where I place them for future reference. If you want to work on it with or without me feel free to steal the idea and run with it (just let me know so I can use it!).

Keyword highlighter for email

Personally I would like this to be a Thunderbird addon. I use Thunderbird as an email client and an RSS reader. I need to read a ton of articles to keep up on cyber security, especially around vulnerabilities and it would speed up the process to have specific keywords highlighted.

Criteria:

  • Ability to create keyword groups to highlight using different colors
  • Ability to turn the different keyword groups on and off
  • Ability to change the color of unread emails or articles that match keywords

Resources

  • VimGenius (Good for beginners who want to use vim)
