RecipeDumper TOML output

A few small changes to be made to make this into proper TOML:

• Booleans (in handicraft and explicit) should be lowercase.
• description and miningFrom should be wrapped triple-quotes so it can contain multi-line expressions and quotation marks without problems.
• Recipe types can be wrapped in quotes to be made into Strings.
• Convert the list structures into Nested Tables, e.g:
