If a project contains files with the same filename but differing source extensions in the same directory structure,
for example, src/impl.cc
vs. src/impl.cpp
or src/impl.h
vs. src/impl.hpp
,
it is indeterminate which one is picked; it can vary from run to run.
Moreover, there's no warning provided in this case.
The motivation for this approach instead of actually detecting the anomaly
is the expected extreme rarity (anomaly) for such project source code organizations.
Even in case of such organization, the conflicting pair can be excluded via the ignore
configuration.
