You mean to say that when you get on or off a Zoom call the state of the entity isn't changing? You may want to remove the config entry and re-add it. I ran into a similar problem while testing a while ago (the webhooks weren't getting sent to HomeAssistant), and after creating a new app and reauthorizing, things were working again.
