Rancher cluster with invalid name returns ambiguous error

@ebauman, i've just tested it and the error that this provider shows is the error returned by the rancher API.

Error: Bad response statusCode [422]. Status [422 Unprocessable Entity]. Body: [baseType=error, code=InvalidFormat, fieldName=name, message=InvalidFormat 422: invalid value foo 2: a DNS-1123 label must consist of lower case alphanumeric characters or '-', and must start and end with an alphanumeric character (e.g. 'my-name', or '123-abc', regex used for validation is '[a-z0-9]([-a-z0-9]*[a-z0-9])?')] from [https://demo.fe.rancher.space/v3/clusters]

It seems that the error you've pasted is other error related with the connection to rancher. Please, review it or paste the tf file you are trying to apply.
