Need to update the inform intent to have these as real problem description values and pull from the intent instead of open ended inform updating it via text.

https://github.com/RasaHQ/helpdesk-assistant/blob/master/actions.py#L80 so this will need to be a new intent named problem_description so we can already have it filled by people asking I need to open a case for my password reset issue or equiv.
