Creating "PATT Reference.txt" file in same folder as .csv would probably be the best solution, unless we just include 1 PDF in the project. However, there will be different references for different languages, so having specific references depending on language would be more accurate. This may be something to put into the Speaker child classes.

Having a .txt file would look ugly and be cumbersome to read. Debating now between just putting references and other instructions into the actual instructions file that has been created, or having some kind of menu pop up. A menu pop up will slow down the program more since it will require more data to parse.
