So I have testling integration set up for multi-browser testing every time something lands on master. Unfortunately the runs seem to be unreliable (probably due to too much load on their servers). The next port of call is travis CI for phantom/node tests and maybe sauce labs for browser tests.

using travis to run tests on saucelabs is something i'm familiar with - it's all free for open source projects and easy to use. i'm just not familiar with how you would do that with tape.

I recently figured out how to run the tests in the browser using browserify ( https://github.com/Raynos/mercury/blob/master/test/package.json#L4-L11 ).

Let's setup travis for phantom + node tests, testling for browser tests and saucelabs for browser tests.

I know how to set up travis & testling. I think we can use zuul to configure saucelabs

I just added travis and coveralls that do the node + phantom bit

It looks like testling is down.

We should look into setting up zuul & saucelabs

saucelabs is setup with zuul.

you mentioned that testing mercury is a manual process currently. this MUST become automated.

It's still a manual process because we don't have enough tests. I have configured CI though.

other than the fact that we need more tests, i think this is good to close
