install rubinius from local sources

I think you'd be better off writing a custom bash script for this. ruby-build makes some assumptions about remote urls and tar packages.

I tried to make this work with this:
$ ./configure --prefix=/Users/schmurfy/.rbenv/versions/rbx-local --default-version 19
$ rake install
$ rbenv rehash

$ rbenv local rbx-local
rubinius 2.0.0dev (1.9.3 cf388af6 yyyy-mm-dd JI) [x86_64-apple-darwin11.2.0]

(here is where things go wrong, not sure why)
$ gem update --system
Updating rubygems-update
Successfully installed rubygems-update-1.8.11
Installing RubyGems 1.8.11
ERROR: While executing gem ... (Errno::ENOENT)
No such file or directory - /Users/schmurfy/.rbenv/versions/rbx-local/lib/rubygems/deprecate.rb

And I cannot install rubygems from source either, there should be something missing but I cannot find what :/
a path for rubygems seems to be wrong that is all I managed to find (the deprecate.rb file above exists but not where it looks for it)
