I am having the same issue any work around ?

Solved: Found the issue after spending 8 hours !!!!!
Brand new server missing microsoft visual c++ 2010 redistributable package (x64)

Version 0.12.4 on Windows 2016 server (Azure VM) works for us.

Where is the 0.12.3.2 version of the libwkhtmltox.dll ?..Can you share it?

To ease deployment and better manage server change, I prefer to avoid installing anything beside .net frameworks on the Windows Server 2016.

That's still strange that 0.12.4 doesn't work and 0.12.3.2 does.
