Well a simple fix is to not use a Tuple for the cache key. This'll be a one-time break right now, but will never break again. Thoughts? Or deal with it when the time comes?

I believe .Net 4.5 still has "Version = 4.0.0.0", so we'll deal with it when we upgrade to 5.0 and are riding around in our flying cars and stuff
