Yeah, I think it would make sense. We would want to keep the version of Realm the Browser is using in sync with what developers will be working with as much as possible.
As long as we don't explicitly state the app is in beta, I think it's okay to submit apps on the App Store with versions less than 1.0 (I've gotten away with it before at least!), so we SHOULD be able to continue having the Browser's version match the latest version of Realm Objective-C.
The only downside to this is that we'll have to put up with the App Store review times each time. Although, thankfully, it looks like Mac apps go through review a lot quicker than iOS apps.
