Ansible Tower - needs to be updated for new Tower interface

Would you recommend @mshoger if we're giving a workshop before this gets resolved changing Download Latest Ansible Tower pacakge to be an older version to match the lab manual or were the differences minor enough to talk through?

I recommend someone to update the redhatgov.github.io documentation to update the screenshots, rather than the workshop deployment code.
