listWithKey (/ simpleList) sometimes leave 'orphaned' nodes in DOM

Points of interest:

1. You may encounter CORS issues depending on exactly how you run the example (I had to run it under Safari 8).
2. To trigger the bug I needed to click something like 20 times backwards and forwards between the three lists, but, if I comment out the "widgetHold" variant and just leave the "simpleList" variant on its own then the problem becomes easier to trigger (e.g. about 4 or 5 times clicking backwards and forwards is then sufficient).

Nice work, @benmos! Did you try this with the develop branch of reflex-dom? I've run into this issue before, even with develop, but it would be nice to confirm that the issue is still there.

@spl Yep, I originally encountered this on master, but the above is using the latest from develop, so I can confirm that the issue is still there.

I have now updated to the latest(*) nixpkgs too (in addition to the latest reflex-dom), and can no-longer reproduce the issue....
