rads2grd4 interprets --x as --xml

A workaround at this time is the use -x=0,10 instead of --x=0,10.
The reason for this error is that the short options specific to rads2grd4 are 
put in front of the standard list of options (-S -C) to search for, while the 
long options are added to the back of the common list.
I'll have to see if this was intensional or just done because it was easier to 
do.
The solution will then be to make the option list to search for consistently 
checking first the program specific options, then the common options.
