Hi,

not much information to work with, Have you read the common problems and solutions here

If your temp is below MIN_EXTRUDER_TEMP the extruder will not start for safety resons. So if you are only testing without filament you need to set the temp > MIN_EXTRUDER_TEMP or reduce MIN_EXTRUDER_TEMP to 0.
I assume you have the same motherboard ID used as in Sprinter, so the pins are correct.
If it's none of the above, I need more informations. What does the Extruder do, what are your config settings. Be cautious about the EEPROM seetings as described in the link.

Thanks, I'm sure that the problem. I was just testing movements to see that they were similar to sprinter and in correct direction.
