I fixed all of these. I removed the only example that used the implicit variable and dumped the documentation on r[] entirely (or rather commented it out).

Actually, reopened because we're supposed to have the implicit variable in Python if I remember, so we should figure out how it actually works and update the docs.

Ok, talked to @mlucy, we have to overload r properly so the following code can work:

from rethinkdb import r
r['...']
r.connect()
r.table()
# ...

Currently only the following works:

from rethinkdb import *
r...
