Well, first of all, I do not yet know how the domains will be renewed and, in general, how they will be expired. What is the algorithm, what is the "mechanism"? Where can I read about how this should work?
But I think it makes no sense to accept a block in the blockchain if exactly the same one is already contained there.
And one more question, how did someone manage to mine the second block more often than once a day? Was single key mining running on multiple machines? In this case, I think that before accepting a block, it is necessary to check for mining a block with one key more often than once a day...
