Cannot run examples on MacOS

I had to run the example from within the directory that the executable lives in, or running esy x Bin. I suppose that's okay. After all, running a raw binary isn't ever guaranteed to work without all the support files. I suppose we just need to change the docs to tell you to run esy x Bin.

Thanks for the issue, @jordwalke ! Ya I missed mentioning this in the README - good catch.

I tried to clear it up a bit: cf94a5e

But I think there is probably a better way to set this up than I have currently. (I tried esy x Bin and unfortunately it didn't work, at least on Windows - need to look into this more. Still failed with the same missing assets error)

I believe this issue should be fixed by #153 . Let me know if that's not the case!
