Hi @dorald are you using the master or develop version of ofxUI? The way ofxUIImageSlider works is that you need to pass it a reference to the prefix (i.e. "slider.png") and the library takes care of loading the various images (i.e. "sliderhandle", sliderhandledown, etc).

I'm using the master version of ofxUI. I try to build the example (example-ofxUISliders) that come with ofxUI addon..but no luck !!!

@dorald Thank you for pointing that out, just merged the pretty stable develop branch into the master branch, please do a git pull and try again!
