Background image not showing

Custom CSS does not seem to load either (well, debug log says it is loading, but to no effect - and no trace of the background image). Tried with cage and labwc. Single display.

So sorry. Forgot to check the permissions of the greeter user. That was embarassing.

@thore How did you fix the permissions? While I'm not new to permissions the only thing I can think of would be to add the "greeter" user to my wheel group which doesn't seem good. Although if it's fine let me know.

Update:
Things I've tried:

• Tried adding to wheel group and made sure to set image permissions to 755 and still hasn't worked.
• Tried changing ownership of images with chown and still hasn't worked.
• Changed to regular user and that let me use images within my home directory but that's not exactly a good solution.
