The library is fully async, so it won't be blocked by HTTP request. When it reaches the end of the program, it just quits and it is the expected behavior.

You can add Console.ReadLine(); to the end of your program to prevent it from quitting.

Other libraries don't have this issue might because they are sync instead of async.

Tyler, thanks for the reply. Adding the Console.ReadLine(); didn’t help since it failed upon trying to make the call to get the token. However, your email caused me to run a search for running async code in a console app. I found a very helpful post on stack overflow and added a .GetAwaiter().GetResult() to the call from the Main method, that fixed it, worked as expected. Very much appreciate the nudge in the right direction.
