Perhaps. But I have no idea how to write such a thing. Plus, when I want such functionality I generally use Try::Tiny. If you wanted to suggest a patch, I'm probably going to do a:
use Ouch qw(:traditional);
Which would export throw() and catch(). And we could easily make a try() and make catch() work as you suggest if you wanted to help me make that work.

I take it back. I can't figure out how to do the catch $something part of it. Also, i think we're better off not trying to do it, because by making it return a boolean we can do stuff like:
if (kiss 404) {
...
}
elsif ( kiss 500 ) {
...
}
else {
...
}
I'm open to arguments to the contrary.
