WAIC not working with Student t distribution?

I'm not surprised it doesn't work, as I never implemented Student's distribution. But it doesn't look like it'd take much work to make it functional.

I will see if I can get it into the next push.

I'm not developing map2stan further. But there seems to be a student_t template in ulam():

That would be very helpful, the package(and book) is great and people are going to end up using the Student distribution sooner or later. Thanks.
