I don't know your exact requirements, but here is something to start with: http://jsfiddle.net/rniemeyer/RXVkc/. Basically, in the beforeDrop callback, you can decide what to do. You can either just cancel the drop or create a clone, splice it into the new list, and then cancel the original drop.
Some options. Let me know if you need more assistance.

well i think you missed out something that is i am able to drop/ add same student multiple times in "Available Students".
