@khakulov Can you confirm this information is still accurate?
As far as I can tell from the CU code, MinionModifiers stores "amounts" and "diseases", in that order. Both are Modifiers lists, which should save using the same effectCount, items(data-length, item-data) form. Your first 'needs' entry conforms to this, but the effects seems very different. It almost maps up, as 'value1' would be the data length, but the diseases array only stores DiseaseExposureInfo, which is a pair of strings. I can't figure out where value2 comes in.
