This is possible with following flow:
1. set one keyword to fail state and other keywords to pass state
2. change test case state to pass
-> Keyword state is not changed.
If you want to set all the keywords to pass state, use Tools -> Set All Passed
or Ctrl+P.
Please provide more detailed workflow if you get this condition with some other
steps.

Actually there is real problem which can be repeated:
1. Set test pass
2. Change kw message, but not status.
3. KW status is changed to fail, but test case status is not changed to fail
even it
should be changed.
