You don't need elm live to run it. You are right, it is just the command I have been using in development. I'll add instructions to download elm-live but I will also add another command to start the project so people don't need to have elm-live.
I didn't even consider gh pages. If I don't end up making any back end for this then that is what I might go with. Thanks for the suggestion again. I'll look at your package for inspiration.
