If the logic to constuct the message gets extracted into something that can be used from the LogSubscriber and from a Rack middleware or a custom logger, then I think it should be possible.

Would love to see straight Rack support for this... at some point, I may investigate.

Although, given I was already using Clogger, I had a quick attempt at putting together a format string that covers as much as it can from Lograge where appropriate (i.e. not format or action): $request_method $path_info status=$status duration=$request_time

Produces something like the following: GET / status=200 duration=0.073 - the one difference is that Lograge durations are in milliseconds, whereas this is in seconds. Not sure there's an easy way around that.
