highlight APL commands

it's difficult to tell the difference between ages and pages. At least highlight the key symbols (bold?). Or put some spaces in?

chapter 1

Introduce a side bar explaining the keyboard (and a proper image, not ascii art) as soon as special characters come up (i.e. soon), including how all the different shifts work. Your audience won't necessarily be familiar with the idea.

Save the advert for the dyalog keyboard until somewhere else, it'll cost a lot more than the Pi.
