I'm sorry to hear that, KeePassOTP does work for me with KeePass 2.47
Please start KeePass with --debug parameter, KeePass should save a more verbose output that will help me analzying the issue. Please attach it to this issue.
PLGX debugging. When the command line option --debug is passed and a PLGX plugin fails to compile, the output of all tried compilers is saved to a temporary file.

Which .NET version do you use?

i did the repair, did not help.
i went thru my backups,
i did a restore and ran keepass 2.45, it compiled your plugin which, accoring to keepass, is version 0.9
i never used 2.46
as a test, i tried keepass 2.47 with keepassotp 0.9, that failed to compile.
i am confused about the version numbers.
from your website, https://github.com/Rookiestyle/KeePassOTP/releases, the lastest is v0.26
yet the version that works with keepass 2.45 is v0.9

Please try to reinstall KeePass, what's the content of file 'KeePass.exe.config' located in the KeePass folder?
v0.9 is a very old version of KeePassOTP. The version you can download here identifies as v0.26

i did try v0.26 before with 2.47 and that did not work.

I'ld like to see KeePass.exe.config in your KeePass 2.47 folder

KeePass.exe.config was missing, i restored it from a backup and all works now.
