if you don't want those to occur, you need to edit includes/roots-activation.php

also, roots isn't really meant to be used on an existing install -- the site you provided doesn't look like a roots install. you'll need to go into settings > reading to change the options that roots set for the homepage

Thank you for responding. I solved the "problem" of the Home page, but not seen the pictures. What can I do?

Uploads folder got changed to assets/, you'll need to fix that as well (not
sure where, on phone atm)
