considering removing the vcard area and twitter/facebook widgets in footer..

if we keep it, is there anything else that needs to be added to make it international friendly?

None that I can think off.

I've looked at the admin string translation feature of wpml and it seems to work out of the box.
Just gave it a quick look though, need to test deeper.

Any details on the vcard removal case ? pro's & con's ?

tbh the only reason why it's there now is cause my old job used it in the footer all the time in the designs and it was for convenience purposes. what about if we turn it into a widget?

i've deleted both the vcard and twitter/facebook buttons from footer.php almost each time i've used roots lately

what's weird is that both woothemes and the wordpress codex use code in their widgets that produces undefined index errors. (does anyone test with debug on?)
