Only tested in MacOS and it doesn't need a http proxy.

I got the similar error in mac OS environment:

@Danielyan86 Check your DNS configuration /etc/resolv.conf to make sure you can access http://mirrors.163.com in the VMs.
Sometimes if the VM connects to a VPN, the VPN will add DNS server items in /etc/resolv.conf.

Thanks for the reply! This issue is solved now. There might be something wrong with my network yesterday. This is my /etc/resolv.conf content nameserver 8.8.8.8
