releaseNotes & readme implemented.
downloadUrl might be misleading, since downloading zip from GitHub, while valid, isn't really the canonical way to distribute a package. (In particular, this file hasn't been build by R CMD build, and so won't install with R CMD INSTALL even though it might look like it should.
fileSize could mean many things, but it is probably useful to know the rough size of the built package, since it would be an easy way to see which packages include large data files (and may exceed CRAN limits) etc.
