The problem is that for this species (and I suspect it isn't the only one) there is not listing information (and no quota). I will update functions and tests so that this will be covered in the next version of rcites.

@KevCaz quick work! After downloading the dev version of the package, my example code above now runs without issue. I also re-ran another bit of code I had that was attempting to pull info for a set of species, some of which I know had missing CITES listings. It behaves very nicely now. From what I can tell the issue is fixed!
