NA is character in user_mention, hashtags and urls

They should be printed as to distinguish between the string "NA." Is that not what's happening?

For all other columns but those 3 (and for the github version mentions_user_id, mentions_screen_name, hashtags, urls and coordinates).

This may not be so bad. I should update the docs either way, but those variables are recursive, and storing them as a matrix has advantages.
