What do you mean by 'hide'?
-classification.tsn
-classification.uid
Are methods of classification. So why hide them?
Don't know: would they be hided when not setting the @export tag?
from taxize.
Do you mean that there should be no help-file?
from taxize.
What I mean is not use @export
so that they don't go into the manual. Sorry, classification should be there. I think getkey and capwords don't need to be in manual though as they are just used internally within functions that users would call. Or is it best to just have everything in the manual, whether or not users would use them?
from taxize.
I think getkey() should be hided, since it contains sensible data (the keys are not public). But I think if the @export tag is removed, we have to use taxize:::getkey()? But I am not sure about this.
capwords is a useful function for formatting when plotting/reporting species names. So I would keep it as is.

Okay, leave capwords
there.
Hmmm, will test to see how we can deal with getkey
