Publisher
is wrong semantics as it communicates laziness and backpressure – which is not what is wanted here. These are callbacks, nothing to do with request(n)
or subscribing. Just because something can be done with Publisher
does not mean we should always use it, as then the nuances of what the API are doing need to be communicated via comments rather than the types.
