Installation failure with ruby-1.9.3-pre392

Hacked my way around...

• replaced https://github.com/ruby-debug/ruby-debug-ide/blob/master/ext/mkrf_conf.rb#L23 with

dep = Gem::Dependency.new("ruby-debug-base19x", '>=0.11.30pre15')
dep.prerelease = true

• replaced https://github.com/ruby-debug/ruby-debug-ide/blob/master/ext/mkrf_conf.rb#L30 with

inst = Gem::DependencyInstaller.new(:prerelease => true)

Then locally built the gem and installed that version instead. Worked perfectly.

So, there's clearly something not totally right in the current implementation, but I'm not too sure at this point. The code looks ok, but perhaps it has something to do with some Gem::Dependency/Gem::DependencyInstaller subtility?
