@ryanio if this is the appropriate place, I want to say thank you for the focusmusic.fm project. I have been listening to it approximate for about 2-3 years. Thank you for developing and supporting such a great service.
It's really pity it's gone :(

Shame it's gone,
The Android app is still working for the moment, it looks like the iOS one is gone too.
I hope the Android one will stay available.

What would be nice actually is if you could release the backend too! Maybe there will be someone trying to continue the project, or we will be able to host it for ourselves.

The apps will stop functioning in a few weeks once I take down the API. Sorry :(

yeah that's a great idea! I'd be happy to (the code) but unfortunately the music is mostly copyrighted which is why I can't really continue the service without rethinking it and finding new music that is copyright-free (or making deals with the copyright holders)
