The Ryppl Command-Line Tool

This project implements the ryppl command. Initially this command is used in 0install build-from-source instructions (see the 0compile documentation) to implement composite build instructions, since 0install feeds only support running a single command. However, we intend to extend it to support multiple user-level commands.
