Hi there,

I don't have much experience with multi-threading tbh and I am open to suggestions.

That list splitting thing is to have a control over the variables that are sent to the threads which I believe will come handy while integrating it with multi-processing.

Feel free to submit a pull request describing changes. Just make sure it doesn't affect the overall performance.
